i don't know what's up with singapore drivers. it seems i'm being influenced by the bad driver syndrome already. yeah, it took a year or so, but the symtoms are really showing now.
chronic impatience, 'overdefensive' driving, horniness (over impulsive horning, in case you were thinking otherwise), a penchant to flash (high beams lah, not other things) etc.
it's not easy to be a nice, patient, courteous driver, especially when everyone else out there's an idiot.
mind you there are the exceptions, but it is the majority who really like last minute signalling (or not at all) and really make up the statistics.
at least i still try to signal and check blind spots, and give way if i'm in a good mood...
but be too nice and there'll be more idiots trying to take advantage of you.
it's a vicious cycle, nearly impossible to break out of...
school's over, but really, it's only just begun.

while (iirc) most geeks had already dismissed it as your typical journalistic bull, i felt to give it a chance.
today was the last straw.

laptop (or was it sexy device) of the year - macb00k air?
those people writing are apparently not geeky enough to make such stupid form over factor statements, something i'd do when looking at cars or bikes but at least i'd check what's under the hood first.
like what can the iph0ne do? play music? erm, 32(or was it 16)gb enough meh? it can't type properly, has a lousy (compared to the current mobile phone standard) camera, missing alot of important functions that i like and scratches easily. get an 0mnia lah. it's not an iph0ne killer, cz it's disgusting to even compare the 0mnia with an iph0ne.
you guys should know my gripe with the second item, or rather brand.
and the macb00k air! wth... like no processing power, no memory, no disc drive, minimal usb ports and a paper thin body (which does look sleek i must admit), that i'd snap in a fit of anger... fujitsu, dell or the other macb00ks ftw lah...
the s6520 looks minimalistically good, with extra turbo under the hood; the dell m series, spectacular, nuff said, and the rest of the macbooks at least gots the power to do the shower (can't think of an appropriate rhyme haha)? hahaha...
perhaps i'm just bored or something.
well, at least i had the first chance in a long time to totally do nothing and not even worry about it, even with exams around the corner. the break feels good =)
on an even better note, petrol prices have dropped 6c over the past two days! seems like a price war is possibly and hopefully coming up. even though je ne paie pas pour cet expense, i still feel the wallety pain each time i pump, which happens quite often now that i'm in ntu..
i've set myself a challenge, to finally get back to at least 12km/l, after a long time hovering between 9-11... but it's going to be difficult stifling that right foot and that liking for the roar and the kickback of power! =)

at least my accounting test had ecf, so now i stupidly owe a bunch of friends lunch on thurs for what i thought was an impossibility. but grateful i am for this change in erm. heart?
off the cuff, it still sucks. i've no idea what's going on, only able to think about necessaries and getting home to sleep like no tomorrow. too tired and stressed already.
ab114op2 didn't help too. i felt as if i should've taken mc. was so stressed about it that i practically forgot an entire line, even though i spent the whole of sunday night rehearsing, at the expense of my revision tutorial...
my group didn't exactly have the best dynamics, but at least we got the job done.

i dunno why i've been so tired lately, and the more than adequate sleep i've probably had dosen't feel all that adequate...
the semester's almost over, but my brain's already offline and back in holiday mood.
can't find the drive to study, mug, study and mug... and nothing goes in.
prime example, the last AA101 quiz. i can't believe i messed up my major so badly...
but somehow, when it comes to going out, no problems there...
